A tugger AGV is an automated guided vehicle designed to tow carts, trailers, or trolleys between different locations within a facility. Unlike pallet or fork AGVs, a tugger AGV pulls the load behind the vehicle, making it particularly suitable for transporting multiple loads during a single journey. This type of AGV is commonly used for repetitive transport routes where materials need to be delivered efficiently between warehouses, production lines, assembly stations, and shipping areas.
